Born in Cherbourg, Nicolas Masse studied and gained his first professional experience in Normandy. His career path, which includes experience in prestigious kitchens, has led him to develop a style all his own. His bold style was rewarded in March 2010 with a Michelin star at the Sources de Caudalie.

Underpinned by the culinary wealth of the region, this devotee of ingredients makes dishes that blend the products of the land and the sea with panache.
